Shasta Home Inspections, LLC is the premier home inspection service in Northern California. Our base fee of $340 is competitive with the few other local CREIA Certified home inspectors. We offer free reinspections and do not charge extra for a home's age, or whether it's on a raised foundation. Our reports are delivered same-day via email using 3D Inspection Software, the most dynamic and professional platform. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards both online and over the phone. With over 4600 inspections performed since 2013, no single home inspector in California performs more inspections. You can be sure that our reports are written to the highest standard of detail and professionalism, and I am always available to answer buyer's questions after the inspection. In addition to graduating from the American Home Inspection Institute, I am an active candidate member of CREIA (California Real Estate Inspection Association). Membership to this organization requires strict adherence to their standards of conduct as well a rigorous schedule of continuing education. I also hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from CSU Chico. I am passionate about what I do, and am constantly seeking knowledge to keep me at the forefront of my field.
