Unlike the checkbox software used by many of our competitors, this reporting system includes numerous photos of each defect alongside the report verbiage, eliminating confusion for both buyer and seller.
How we work
Clear answers, without the alarm
Our goal is to locate all material defects of the home and communicate them clearly and effectively, without causing undue alarm. We do not charge a fee for reinspections, and are always available days or months after the inspection to answer any questions.
